Lesson Bookings & Payments

• All singing lessons must be booked either as a one-off or in half-term blocks.

• Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

• Once lessons are booked and paid for, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, including missed sessions.

Your Lesson Time

• Your lesson slot is reserved especially for you. It is your responsibility to attend on time.

• Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled lesson. However, missed lessons cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless agreed in advance and at the discretion of the coach.

What to Bring

• Please come prepared with:

  • Plenty of water

  • A straw (for vocal warm-ups)

  • Any relevant repertoire or sheet music you’d like to work on

Illness and Vocal Health

• If you are feeling unwell, especially with anything contagious (such as flu, colds, chest or throat infections) or that causes vocal pain, please do not attend your lesson.

• It is your responsibility to assess whether you are fit to sing—when in doubt, please consult your GP.

• Lessons missed due to illness are not refundable, and may not be rescheduled except at the coach’s discretion.

Cancellations by the Coach

• In the rare case that I need to cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
